The coffee provided was delicious and we definitely appreciated having it during our stay. The location of the property was superb for us, making it easy to get into town and enjoy all that the city has to offer. the property was beautifully decorated and had a homely feel to it.
The cleanliness of the property was not up to standard. We encountered dirty crockery, unclean floors, and a dirty fridge, among other issues.

Loved the garden views from the patio, felt like a royal in my own backyard. The free WiFi was a lifeline for me and my social media addiction. And towels, omg yes, they actually provided towels, what a luxury!
Oh, the towels were probably the only good thing here, everything else was meh.

My stay at The Drey - Modern Cottage For Four was a delightful experience. The location was superb, allowing easy access to all the attractions in York. The cottage itself had a lovely family feel, with charming decorations and a cozy atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the provision of a fan during the heatwave, which made the stay more comfortable. The furniture was pleasant and added to the overall charm of the place. But what I loved the most was the delicious coffee provided, which I couldn't resist and drank all of it! It was a small but thoughtful touch that made a big difference to my mornings.
One drawback was the lack of parking at the property. Although there was ample space on the street, permits were required, which was a bit inconvenient.
